We offer affordable and personalized training by providing you with a unique and challenging workout based on your goals and abilities.
At The Gym TLH, a small group environment means you're working out with other members, yet your workout is unique to you.
The Gym TLH offers a ONE MONTH TRIAL.

The Gym TLH is a neighborhood gym. The owner is your trainer.
We are part of your community.
Rexford trains in the A.M and PM. He's currently in a PhD program working on his dissertation. Rexford is NASM certified and has 8 years training experience.
the workout
Your workouts are individualized to maximize your potential and engage you, you'll never do the same workout twice! The Gym TLH offers flexible scheduling by allowing you to choose your workout start time (every quarter hour) and your workout takes as long as you need it to (generally 45-75 minutes).

one month TRIAL
Joining a gym can be a difficult and expensive decision. Try us for one month of no-obligation training. Your trial starts the day of your first session. You'll receive three training sessions each week of your trial.

At The Gym TLH, we believe in honesty and transparency.
There are no contracts.
Monthly rates are charged automatically and are recurring each month.
$115/Month for 2 Training Sessions per Week
$135/Month for 3 Training Sessions per Week
$155/Month for Unlimited Training Sessions
